Our version of Shakespeare in the Park. Except, we’re doing Shakespeare in the Backyard. Join our fifteen student performers as confusion abounds. The characters may be bewildered by the case of mistaken identity, but we do our best to make sure YOU know what’s going on. This production is perfect for friends, family and those who are interested in joining ImprovEd Shakespeare. Directed by Andee Kinzy.

MAY 5th-8th | Friday-Monday, 8pm
An All-Girl, Site-Specific, Live-Streamed, Pre-Professional Production
at the ImprovEd Arts Studio
10111 Oliver Dr., Austin, TX 78737

In Shakespeare’s time, there were all-boy troupes. In our time, we have an all-girl troupe of eight. Performed as a site-specific piece and intentionally live-streamed, the production takes you inside and outside, from room to room. Beware: there are limited periods of standing and you are immersed in the action. Co-directed by H.Cherdon Bedford and Andee Kinzy.

Recommended for kids of all ages. Want to learn about the story in advance? Check out our blog post: Prepare for Comedy of Errors.

Performances run about an hour. The Market will be open with concessions and goods for sale.
