Someone famous once sang, “money can’t buy me love…” Someone just as famous once wrote a play about it. Someone(s) not so famous decide to produce it.

    WHY TIMON OF ATHENS?

Recent discoveries believe that Timon of Athens was, in fact, written by two people: William Shakespeare and Thomas Middleton. It has also been surmised that the script is unfinished, and possibly, was never performed. That didn’t stop us! Because we think it contains a kernel of truth about human behavior that spans centuries.

    TIMON IS TIMELY

This fall, we invite you to join us in our reimagined adaptation. An adaptation where Shakespeare and Middleton duke it out; Timon spends, and then, loses millions; and friendships show their true colors. With a dash of Madonna, a sprinkling of groupies, and a dollop of flattery, what better time to showcase Fake vs Real?

    PERFORMANCE: TIMON OF ATHENS

Of course, as is always the case with ImprovEd Shakespeare, this interactive performance features a cast of youth between the ages of 8-17 and is appropriate for the entire family. The story mixes modern narration with original Shakespeare verse. Furthermore, four performances in two different locations at different times of the day gives everyone a chance to attend, regardless of your schedule and locale. Plus, it’s FREE! Yeah… no excuse. See ya there!
